Having experiencing prolonged and debilitating digestive problems throughout his teenage life, Danny began a journey of discovery into the fascinating world of yoga, meditation, mindfulness and Ayurvedic medicine.  He rapidly regained his health and vitality and in 1989 learnt mantra meditation which changed the whole course of his life forever. In 1997 he completed his training as an Ayurvedic Panchakarma technician at the Maharishi University of Valkenburg in Holland and continued his studies with Dr Vasant Lad at the Ayurvedic Institute in New Mexico.           Read More →

Azra is a mother of two boys, one of whom has learning difficulties and is on the spectrum of autism. Whilst this has been a major challenge in her life, his diagnosis, at the age of three, was the catalyst for her exploration into the world of natural health and well-being. Her research into the field of complementary medicine highlighted three areas that seemed to indicate a solution for her son’s issues; yoga, diet and meditation. Over the past ten years she has applied their practices and principles into her son’s life, as well as her own. Nicholas is a financial planner and meditation teacher based in Worcester. After forty two years helping clients achieve financial independence in their retirement years, he has witnessed a common trait; clients with the ability to manage their stress and maintain their health, feel happier, more secure and more fulfilled, however much they have in their bank accounts. This is the primary reason that Nicholas encourages his clients to learn and practice Mantra Meditation. By learning to manage their stress and increase their energy and motivation they are able to enjoy life to it's fullest well into their retirement years.
