The retreat is hosted by Danny Cavanagh and Azra Ladora and is specifically geared towards couples wishing to unwind and relax in a peaceful environment whilst also having the opportunity to practice yoga and meditation.
Danny brings his skills and expertise in Ayurvedic living and Azra brings her knowledge and wisdom in the field of meditation and yoga.
You'll have ample opportunity to explore the surrounding woods and lakes and maybe even catch the sight of Ospreys fishing.
There will be trips into the higher mountains for those that feel more adventurous and opportunities to forage for wild food for those that interested in learning about edible plants and cooking Ayurvedically.
